Our rule of law report is out

Our first annual review on the rule of law has been published. The report sets out the current situation and our proposals under three headings: independent judiciary, transparent government and accountability.

The aim of the report is not to accuse but to offer a road map. Each section contains concrete, applicable and measurable proposals: merit in judicial appointments, openness in public procurement, independence of oversight institutions.
